The Core Set takes place in Basinios, home to the five Capitals of Nopinas, Helissucre, Trelassen, Varksidion and Festurat. Kravers are drawn toward those Capitals by Nekthar, while much of the land itself remains ignored. Political tension between the five Capitals is almost even. In Basinios, everyone hates everyone outside their own tribe equally.
